Welcome to the 2024 International IEEE Symposium on Precision Clock Synchronization (ISPCS) for Measurement, Control, and Communication!
This year, we are gathering once again, this time in Tokyo, Japan. Our event will be held at NetOne Valley followed by a tour of the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) in Koganei. NetOne Valley is Net One Systems' Innovation Center. This center is meant to bring in all people, things, and events to realize the emergence of innovation. NICT is Japan's only public research agency that specializes in information and communications technology.
This Symposium is the main forum for exchanging ideas on precision clock synchronization, addressing the latest research and development results from academia, industry, and government.
